{"id":1540,"date":"2024-07-29T08:57:52","date_gmt":"2024-07-29T06:57:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amafi.dev39.fr\/sponsored-research\/"},"modified":"2026-09-15T17:19:05","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T15:19:05","slug":"sponsored-research","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.amafi.fr\/en\/sponsored-research\/","title":{"rendered":"Sponsored research"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group triangle-top-bottom green has-base-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--spacing-6);padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--spacing-5);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--spacing-5)\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since <strong>September 7, 2026<\/strong>, a new European code of conduct has governed research funded, in whole or in part, by the issuing companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This development marks an important milestone: the European framework is based on the <strong>French Charter of Best Practices for Sponsored Research<\/strong>, established in 2022 by AMAFI, AFG, and SFAF to ensure <strong>the quality, objectivity, independence, and transparency<\/strong> of analyses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With <strong>nearly 340 contracts in effect as of the end of 2025<\/strong>, this French initiative has proven effective in enhancing the visibility of publicly traded companies among investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mobilization of the financial community in Paris in connection with the work on the <strong><em>Listing Act<\/em><\/strong> has made it possible to extend this model to the European Union level.
