The Association welcomes the recent political momentum in this direction and calls for decisive and ambitious legislative proposals to make it a reality.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AMAFI&#8217;s response to the European Commission&#8217;s consultation (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amafi.fr\/pdf-viewer\/?id=19826\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.amafi.fr\/pdf-viewer\/?id=19826\">AMAFI \/ 25-19<\/a>) takes up the main priorities set out in its 2024 report on the UMC <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amafi.fr\/pdf-viewer\/?id=3637\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.amafi.fr\/pdf-viewer\/?id=3637\">(AMAFI \/ 23-88<\/a>), and in the appendix highlights the key legislation (currently under negotiation at levels 1 and 2, or in the pipeline) where simplification is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since its creation in 2015, the initiative to establish a Capital Markets Union has been a priority for AMAFI.
