SME listing – IPO Bonus

AMAFI has presented the Pays de la Loire Region with its proposal to set up an IPO Bonus to support access to the stock market for SMEs and ETIs. At a time when strengthening equity capital is a key issue for companies and regions, this initiative is also being taken up by the Association with public authorities, and has already been presented to the Ile-de-France region(AMAFI / 25-45).

This proposal is based on the Italian example, which has demonstrated its effectiveness since 2019 thanks to a tax credit targeted at IPO costs, supplemented by regional aid. Between 2020 and 2024, 147 SMEs and ETIs were floated on the Italian stock market, compared with 63 in France. AMAFI will continue to disseminate this proposal to the regions in 2026.
