Preface
The Job Offers platform is for job seekers and companies alike. Governed by Article 61 of the CCNM, it is designed to help people who have lost their jobs to find new employment in the industry.
CCNM Article 61: Redundancy – support measures
Where redundancies have to be made due to business difficulties, technological changes or internal restructuring, Companies shall seek to facilitate internal and external redeployment.
To this end, and regardless of the programmes established under current regulations, the employers’ association for the industry shall set up a job offers platform, which may display applications from people who have been made redundant, provided they give their individual consent to appearing on the list, as well as job offers by Companies.
Employers are required to examine all applications on the list before hiring, and to inform the employers’ association for the industry of hires made through this channel.
